FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How much do your 3D floor plan Renderings cost?

The 3D floor plan renderings are customized according to your needs. Each rendering plan is based on your requirements  and unique in its own way. The pricing varies and is determined by the design you pick and the details you want to add to it—colors, textures, or finishing. You can contact us at +1425 4442186 or visit here, and we would be happy to assist you with the details of the plan accordingly.

2. Do you have any recommendations/references for specific types of render?

Yes. As one of the leading and prospering 3D visualization firms, we would suggest Novasys which usually works for a variety of projects. Be it interior/ exterior, commercial/ residential, or a single building and master planning, Novasys is suitable for all. This means that you can get in touch with Novasys and ask us for a few samples which have already been executed for our clients’ specific needs of rendering and effects.

3. How long will it take to complete my architectural visualization animation?

Architectural visualization animation is typically delivered in 2 weeks once we receive all the info and files.

4. What is your working process for visualization?

With over 15 years of project experience in 3D Visualization renderings, we have developed a unique and efficient streamlined workflow, which you can also see here

5. How long will it take to get my 3D digital model?

For the smaller and more basic version of 3D models, the turnaround is 3-4 days. While, the larger models will take approximately 7 – 10 days to complete.

6. 3D visualization, render, and rendering – what are these?

3D visualization is the result of using both technical and artistic skills for product rendering or demonstrating products in three dimensions. The process is carried out using 3D software. Other terms used for 3D visualization include computer-generated imagery aka CGI, 3D rendering, and 3D graphics.

The process of obtaining/creating a technical or artistic planar raster image based on three-dimensional (3D) digital models created using special software such as Blender 3D Max, CINEMA 4D, Maya, and others is known as rendering.

Novasys renderings are reviewed by architects and finalized by client approvals.

7. What do you need to know about 3D visualization?

3D visualization is a flexible technology, but it is most widely used in areas where a highly detailed representation of an object is needed. We’re debating the following areas:

  • Design, architecture, construction
  • Repair and restoration work
  • Designs projecting interiors and exteriors of a virtual property
  • Preparation of the presentation of objects and groups, for example, house, car, boat, or garden

Real-Time 3D Architectural Visualization

Real-time 3D visualization enables users to rotate objects in real time, zoom in and out, see various information while hovering the cursor over the model’s features, and even step within a building that hasn’t been designed yet.

3D Rendering and 3D Modeling Software

3D modeling, prototyping, and visualization allow for a detailed search of any object’s model in order to assess its functionality and make appropriate design changes, as well as for the creation of more photorealistic images. We use software to carry out this work, and the most popular ones include:

  • Blender 3D Max
  • CINEMA
  • Maya
  • LUMION

8. What is Architectural Visualization?

Architectural 3D visualization is a trend in the fields of advertising, real estate sales, and construction that aim to show architectural objects to various target audiences in three dimensions. Above everything else, the aim of architectural 3D visualization is to create an efficient visualization. It allows for the recognition of the advertised product, gaining increased reputation for project growth, and creation of an image and desired atmosphere around the appropriate houses, cottages, cottage settlements, residential complexes, bridges, cities and interiors, neighborhoods, and road junctions.

9. I have a home that is 4000 Sq Ft. How much would that cost?
It would cost between $400 – $550. For more information, complete the form. One of our project managers will get in touch with you.

10. What is the Turnaround Time?

We deliver projects within days not weeks. For more details, you can visit our website

11. What information do you need from me to get started on my rendering?

We will need elevations and floor plans. CAD/DWG format is preferred. We can also work with PDF formats as well. Color schemes if available, otherwise we would use the neutral schemes approved by the client.

12. What software do you use?

We use CAD software for all our rendering projects.

13. What if our designs or plans change after you have started rendering?

We are flexible and quick with making changes/revisions. Minor color changes and minor tweaks are not charged extra. Design changes are assessed based on scope of work. Average turnaround time is 24-48 hours.

14. If I can provide you with a 3D model, wothe cost of the 3D model be excluded?

Yes, we can work out the pricing if the 3D model is compatible in creating the rendering.

15. What do I need to get started?
Elevations, floor plans, specs (table top, cabinets), color schemes
